In Jira Cloud:
A client showed me that they cannot see the child issues of an initiative in JS. I can see them just fine, but they showed me their screen and it's true, they cannot see them. What needs to be turned on for a user to see the child issues of an issue? In this case there is an initiative with 4 child epics.
I found this but it references portfolios which looks like it is only in use in Jira server

We're using Portfolio and have manually added Initiative type issues. It all works fine from a Portfolio perspective. However, only one user (me) sees the Child issues on an Initiative detail screen.
