When I use Planning Board it's applying the filter: project = "Service Now" AND fixVersion = "13.1" AND issuetype = "Service Now" AND status in (Open, Reopened, "In Progress") AND component in ("Platform Stories") AND status in (Open, Reopened) ORDER BY Rank ASC, key ASC
What I want is: project = "Service Now" AND fixVersion = "13.1" AND issuetype = "Service Now" AND status in (Open, Reopened, "In Progress") AND status in (Open, Reopened) ORDER BY Rank ASC, key ASC
How can I change the filter applied to Planning Board?
It's easy to do this. See the project context option to the right of the project on the planning board, often this is Default/On the Fly. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of this and select manage. Once in there you can edit the filter behind the project context. You can also create new project contexts.
