Change email address

I Wanna change email address, but due to a confusion I created a Jira account with the new email.

Then when I request the email change, Atlassian sends me an email that says "Your email change request could not be processed because <New Mail>is already associated with another Atlassian account."

How can I do, what is the technical support email?
