Change Organization Admin

Hi,

For our JIRA cloud account, the current Organization Administrator is leaving the company by the middle of November.

I would like to know the process to make other person Organization Administrator.

Hello @Nitin Ambupe ,

In order to be able to remove or deactivate these users you should first revoke their access.

If they are org admins

  • Go to your organization at http://admin.atlassian.com
  • Click in your organization name
  • In the left menu, click Settings > Administrators
  • Find the user in the list and click Remove

Hello @Ollie Guan ,

Ok on the administrator page.
I changed the primary administrator with your procedure : my boss is technical and billing admin.

But  how do I change this information on the page : Administrator > [Company Name] > [Company Name] ?

I'm always the "organization & site administrator" and my boss is just "site administrator"
