Certain Users cannot see the product backlog on the scrum board.

I created a Scrum board for a specific project. On the 'Plan' tab I can see all the issues in our current srint and the backlog. Our peoject manager cannot see anything in the backlog however. Is there a permission issue somewhere that's preventing her from viewing it? The 'Work' and'Report' tabs are displaying correctly for her.

This ended up being user error. Once I actually sat down in front of the screen, we resolved the issue.

Make sure that she has the "browse project" permission for the project(s) that you have included in the project filter in the Scrum board, as a start. There is no GreenHopper-specific permissions - the issue is probably a JIRA permission somewhere.
