All, the answer may be no here based on the other similar topics but still giving it a try if you can help me.
I want to capture the below in a Jira ticket
Field 1 (select) - Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4
Field 2 (number) - estimation like 20, 30
Field 2 is related to the option selected in Field 1, meaning I want to get a report on what the field 2 value is based on field 1.
Q1=30
Q2=45
Is it possible in Jira Data centre currently? I was looking at Proforma Forms which may help, but looking for a solution in Jira.
Thanks very much
Aswini
Hi @Aswini Rajasekaran This is achievable through the scripting field if your instance is using the Script runner for Jira plugin, based on value of first field second field value is set.
Also, if you are looking to use the field in only one project then I think automation for Jira can also be help to set the field 2 value although I am not 100% sure but may be worth to give a try.
Thanks
Ravina
