Cant set my account to administrator

I need to retrieve the license key of the Jira starter license I have bought.

In order to do so, your system tells me to set my user to administrator in the setting area so I can retrieve the server-ID. This area is not available or I am not smart enough to find it ;)

Please help.

Hi,

If you're unable to access the Administration area for some reason you can also find the ServerID at the my.atlassian.com page.

In Server you can find your JIRA license key like this:

 

  • Choose > Applications. Select Versions and Licensing to view your existing JIRA license details.
    (tick) Keyboard shortcut: 'g' + 'g' + start typing 'license'
