Cant see issues data

Firstly, we were facing the error "500 error: Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last session", then we followed the steps of this link (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/unexpected-exception-during-jira-startup-this-jira-instance-will-not-be-able-to-recover-please-check-the-logs-for-details-794367943.html?_ga=2.33290680.747360517.1504701699-721418443.1502278182)

Now JIRA is working and we are able to see our projects and users information but are not able to see any issues created in backlog and sprints.

Though I am able to see issues under Issues tab.

Additionaly we migrated from evaluation license key to Paid license key before the above 500 error started appearing.

Please help !

Did you check your board filters under board configuration "Saved Filter".? is it the same filter that your using to search for isssues?

 

Migrating license shouldn't cause any issues.

Issue has been resolved after clearing the cache and reindexing the server.
