We have a self hosted JIRA installation. We have several desktop machines on the same network, all of them can access JIRA and work with the software and all the tasks required. However in a specific machine, although we can wright comments to issues, we cannot upload files (attachments). This goes for any account (we tried several accounts in the specific machine and still doesn't upload). The error message while trying to upload is "File xxx cannot be uploaded. An internal error has occurred. Please contact the administrator."
Can you please help with this issue?
Many thanks in advance.
Dr. Elias Nassiopoulos
Hi Elias,
have you tried multiple browsers and/or incognito mode? Wondering if there’s a browser plugin that could be rewriting some data between the browser and the server.

Fixed it!!!!
It was indeed a browser problem.
Chrome seemed to have a problem. We did a "Reset settings to their original defaults", and it fixed the problem.
Many thanks anyway for the help.
