Symptoms
After adding a new column to my board, I got an internal server error and couldn't view my issues.
When I watch my board, the Kanban board is displayed with an error message.
Then the following error happens when I try to watch my issues on the borad.
Before adding a column, I didn't have any problem. I removed the column and tried to watch issues again, but nothing has changed. My license is still valid.
What Should I do to find the cause of the problem and solve it?
Hi Tomoya,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Adding a column should in no way lead to the effect that issues disappear. But I cannot be sure.
From first look I would assume there happened some kind of network disruption the moment the error came up or possibly the problem is located in Cloud directly.
Have you had the chance to test in another browser already - or - at least to open the board in a "private" browsing window?
If this shows success maybe deleting Cookies could be of help.
Although unlikely, can you rule out a different member of your team made changes to Jira - or just the project - the moment the issue occurred?
Regards,
Daniel
