After I put all email addresses in Trello Users screen in "Trello import" flow, the "Begin Import" button is disabled. I have no idea what to do.

Nevermind. If you have more than 10 people in your trello system, it won't work. You need to make sure JIRA has setup enough seats before import.
I have the same problem. There are 2 users that Jira wants to import, however it does not accept them. Really annoying.
Is there any other solution apart from respecting the number of users?
