We are trying to make a backup of our JIRA Cloud account, we want all attachments to be included, but we constantly get this error message "Export error * Export failed (Completed pre-export checks) Please try again later or contact support if error persists" and this is the second time after we received advice regarding this topic, but nothing works

This is one that https://support.atlassian.com will need to look into for you. We'd need logs, but only they have access to them.
