Cancel reason on Cancelling Stage

Can we add dependent field for cancel stage......after cancel reason field updated then only RFC can be moved to cancelled stage.

Hi @Yash Pradhan - On the Cancel the Ticket workflow transition, you can add a validator that enforces the dependency field is not empty. This will prompt an error for the user when they try to transition while that field remains empty.  Another option is to add a transition screen to that same transition and provide the field in the transition screen for the user to set as they transition.
