another day another problem with Jira..
Can someone tell me the permission command to forbid everyone to edit a ticket (the edit button on the far left) as soon as it is cloed?
I have already done something similar and it worked great. I removed the function for my customers to comment an issue when it has been closed.

you will have to add a post-function where it greys out the comment section once ticket is closed.
Sorry it is a property not a postfunction.
