Can we create a request intake form in JIRA & have people access it without needing a license?

Can we create a Request intake form in JIRA and have people access it to submit their request without needing a license in JIRA?

I know there is also a Service Desk available within JIRA, are request intake forms part of it or can we also make a standalone request intake form for a project?

Hey @Sagar Gupta

Welcome to the community! Have you thought about using an issue collector in projects?

Using the issue collector

Best, Max

Issue Collector doesn't seem to be available for team-managed projects.

you can create an email handler in Jira (settings > system > mail > incoming mail). The email requests will need to have a default user (licensed user) where all incoming requests would be recorded against. You could then create a webpage w/ web form that would require certain info that could then be used in the email sent in by the form.
