Can we create a Request intake form in JIRA and have people access it to submit their request without needing a license in JIRA?
I know there is also a Service Desk available within JIRA, are request intake forms part of it or can we also make a standalone request intake form for a project?
you can create an email handler in Jira (settings > system > mail > incoming mail). The email requests will need to have a default user (licensed user) where all incoming requests would be recorded against. You could then create a webpage w/ web form that would require certain info that could then be used in the email sent in by the form.
