Can we achieve or create S curve in Jira dashboard in cloud without any plugins ?

My query  is , is it possible to get S curve in Jira dashboard with any plugin help ? 

Can you refer any link or documentation?

Do we have any similar type of gadget in dashboard for that ? (Plotting Date fields Vs status)

You seem to be asking about plotting cumulative values of status over time?  Is that correct? 

If so, there is no built-in dashboard gadget for that, but there is a built in report: the cumulative flow diagram.  Please see this documentation for more details:

Note there are differences depending upon if you are using a Classic versus a NextGen project type.  Here is the doc if you are using NextGen:
