I can't use and Atlassian Product because the Email Validaton is not working. I never receive the email and it's not in my junk or other emails. I can only use the product if I log in from and Incognito window. Is there a sepciic cookie or something I can delete? I'm using Chrome by the way.
Thanks for the support one of our developers showed me how to delete jus the Atlassian cookies which fixed the issue.
Is it possible that the email is getting filtered by your company’s spam filter? Can you check with IT to see if the email actually was received?
