Can't get rid of a read-only workflow

I am the sys ad on my cloud instance. A workflow has appeared with the attributes "system" and "read-only", but I did not add it nor the other admins.  At least not knowingly. None of the projects use this workflow.

How can I track down how it was added?

How can I delete it?

System workflows are there as demonstration and building blocks.  They cannot be removed.
