Can't create new scrum project and board in Greenhopper

When I try to create a new scrum project and board in Greenhopper I'm met with the following error:

Error

- You do not have permission to share with Project: 'Test'.

- The user 'Martin R. Ehmsen' does not have permission to share with Project: 'Test'.

I googled the problem and found https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/77379/i-don-t-have-permissions-to-create-project-board-in-greenhopper-6-0

However, I'm logged in as a user which is part of a group (actually several) that has the global permission Create Shared Objects, so that is not the problem.

So I am kind of stuck.

Hi Martin,

Do you have the necessary permissions on the 'Test' project? Please see Managing Project Permissions for more information. Also, if it doesn't help, please raise an issue at http://support.atlassian.com
