We upgraded jira cloud free to jira cloud stadard and still not work.
Can you please create a ticket for this in our support so we can better investigate this.

For more details we are testing the cloud version of jira for this we have created a free jira cloud and we want to test the different applications but none are installed we have the same error message on all the applications that we have tested.

Tempo add-ons can not be installed on JIRA Cloud free plan instances as they utilize JIRA permissions, which can not be changed in these instances.
