Can't add free trial application

Each time i try adding new trial application i got :

1- Adding Tempo Timesheets-Time Tracking & Reports...

We'll tell you when your app has been added.

2 - We ran into a little trouble

It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

For more details we are testing the cloud version of jira for this we have created a free jira cloud and we want to test the different applications but none are installed we have the same error message on all the applications that we have tested.

Tempo add-ons can not be installed on JIRA Cloud free plan instances as they utilize JIRA permissions, which can not be changed in these instances.

We upgraded jira cloud free to jira cloud stadard and still not work.
