Can't Release "Done" Issues from Service Desk Kanban Board

No one on our team / none of our agents seem to be able to release issues for kanban boards we've created for service desk projects.

Is this not possible?  It makes the boards borderline unusable, stacked with like 100+ "Done" items we want cleared from the board sad

You need to have project admin permission on all the projects containing issues that are to be released. Do you have it?
