No one on our team / none of our agents seem to be able to release issues for kanban boards we've created for service desk projects.
Is this not possible? It makes the boards borderline unusable, stacked with like 100+ "Done" items we want cleared from the board
...It's true that there are projects in Jira; but they are merely a way to cut off issues, to tell them apart from other sections of work and to apply rules that are specific to that team (the schemes)....
