Can i setup a cron job for Reporting the issues to client on a daily basis with automation

Right now i created filter and though jira cloud, i am exporting issues in Excel and sending the report to the customer.  

can you suggest me to automate the process

1)how to send reports from jira itself to my customer on a daily basis with out manual intervention

Hi @divya_smitha 

You could make a subscription to the filter for a certain group, this subscription would arrive by email to the person you include in that group every day (or when you schedule it).

To do this you must navigate to the filters, click on the three points and select "Manage subscriptions", then click on "Add Subscription" and indicate the group to whom you want to send the report and the period in which you want it to be sent.

In this way you would have automated reporting and sending to users.
