We allow the different teams in the company to create issues by sending an email that generates an issue in Jira. How can we set the notifications to be different for those users than the notifications for development team?
You can do it using our add-on Jirassimo. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.vacom.jirassimo
The idea is that you create separate messengers for each team's email distribution list. In that messenger you can use your own template and show only data relevant to that team.
