Can a company's Active Directory be linked to Jira Cloud?

The company in which we are performing the migration of Atlassian products, would like to know if Jira Cloud offers the same benefit as Jira Server of linking the company`s active directory with the application.

Hi @dhernandezs - Besides Atlassian Access,  if you're open to using a Marketplace app, I would like to share a potential solution that may help in this scenario - MindPro Sync.

This plugin allows you to integrate OKTA, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 or OneLogin external data with Jira and JSM and retrieve your user attributes (e.g - phone, location, department, etc..), map them in Jira custom fields and display this data directly Jira issues or JSM requests (and portal).
