In a Jira project, is it possible to have different Sub-Task screens and workflows associated with different Issue types?
For example, can I associate a custom screen and workflow for a 'Bug' Sub-Task; and use the default Sub-Task screen and workflow for the 'Task', 'Story', and 'Epic' Issue types in the same Jira project?
Are you working with JIRA Classic projects?
I don't believe this is possible unless you define two different type of Sub-task issues.
In the schemes you associate the resources to a type of issue. I don't think there is a way to make the associations based on the parent issue type of Sub-task. You would need to create a Bug Sub-task issue of the type Sub-task to be able to create a unique set of schemes for that Sub-task issue vs. the Sub-tasks under other issue types.
Trudy, thank you for the additional details. I'll try it. Thanks again.
Take care and be safe.

Kagithala, thank you for the response. Could you add a little detail on how to implement this?
