Can Links be used to group issues on a KANBAN board like Sub-Tasks are indented?

We would like to use issue links to show an issue hierarchy on a Kanban board in the same way sub-tasks are shown under the parent task.

+1 Thanks for posting this. I have been trying to achieve this most of the day. I hope someone has the answer.

I have used Issue Types and linked them in the typical hierarchy eg: Epic -> FEATURE->Story->Task

I have the filter (I believe): project = <project name>AND issueFunction in hasLinks()

Tried the Swimlane options in the Kanban for Story and Epic to no avail.
