Can Jira Support recover an accidentally deleted project?

Is there a backup for projects and how can they be recovered? Thanks.

If you're using the server version you are responsible to implement your own backup policies. If you don't have a backup you can use nothing can be done.

If you are using the cloud version I'm not sure if something can be done since I'm not a cloud user but I would certainly hope so. I would suggest to directly contact with atlassian customer support ( ).

Jira Support can not recover a deleted project. You need to take care of the backup strategy yourself both on Server and Cloud.
