Not off-the-shelf, because there's no way of writing a generic chunk of code that could "consume" all the possible things you might want to set up.

With a bit of code that understands your unknown other systems, yes, you can do what you want.

But you'll need to specify what you want it to consume and what it's supposed to do with it
