As a evaluation process, I bought a license as starter, then I just installed to a machine. After installation, I found the performance of that machine is very slow, so I plan to move the instance to another machine with better hardware. However, I found that the license is based on server Id, which cannot be used in my new machine. So what should I do? I will only use new machine.
