Can I resell a subscription of Jira Software to my customers.

Hi.

I am a system integrator with a few dozens customers from different companies.

My goal is to setup a working instance of Jira Software (for example with a 100 users license), configure it according to my customers workflows, and then charge my customers a monthly subscription to use it (obviously a higher price then I am paying atlassian).

Is that legal? do I need a special license?

Hi,

There is no official reseller programs currently with Atlassian.  So there are no special licenses needed to do this.  Yes you can purchase licenses or subscriptions on behalf of your clients.  I would recommend checking out the FAQ for Resellers for more details.
