You can't do this yet - Jira Cloud runs on its own domain, not as part of someone elses site. If you try to proxy it into your own site, it will fail - some pages won't work at all, and as you navigate, your people will quickly end up clicking on something that takes them back to the Cloud site.

Jira Cloud is a browser-based SAAS offering. To easily make use of all the features, you'd use Jira in a browser, just like you use your current company website in a browser. You would lose a lot more than you would gain by trying to "integrate Jira" into some other web platform.
