does anyone know a way/add-on to add a "Play/Pause" button in a ticket for easy recording the work hours while working on a ticket?
In the background, the normal time recording should be filled by this button.
I set up a "Stop" transition that moves the issue from "In-Progress" back to "Ready" which is the status we use for submissions that have been triaged. This seemed to compliment the "Start" transition quite well and has been well adopted. The post-transition of "Stop" records the time the issue was "In Progress" in the work log.
