The Burnup Chart provides a visual representation of a sprint's completed work compared with its total scope.
Since it depends on sprints to get data for it, it won't be possible to generate a Burnup Chart without a sprint.

I want the burnup chart across the sprints too.
Burnup or burndown chart can, generally, be applied to the entire project as well.
