Build validator that check the signature on the link issue

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to build a validator and I'm running into a problem,
I have an 'X-ray test' that is connected to 'SW Requierment' through a link called tests, I would like to produce a validator that says that it is not possible to move the 'Xray test' to approved status as long as I do not have signatures (2 signatures) the 'SW Requirement'.
