Broken attachements Windows 7 only

Hi,

i have an issue with attachments not showing / uploading / downloading ,

this started a few weeks ago , the odd thing is this happening only on when i log to jira on machine with windows 7 (win 8 10 works fine) , also the issue is not browser related i tried chrome firefox and opera.

the console / network have a bunch of errors i dont know if its related to the attachments issue.

is Win 7 not supported anymore ? maybe an update broke something ?

You might reach out to Atlassian support. However I’m sure that Windows’s 7 isn’t supported any longer so it could be that something that they’ve changed simply will not work with Windows 7.
