Hello,

So we can have a better understanding to the issue you are facing, could you please:

  • confirm what is the Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Server version you are/were running in Bitbucket server v4.11.2. According to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.stiltsoft.stash.graphs/versions, the most updated version of this plugin compatible with Bitbucket server v4.11.2 would be v3.6.9. Furthermore, based on the link mentioned, Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Server version 3.6.9 is not suitable for Bitbucket server v5.6.2
  • search for the plugin in <bitbucket-home> directory and place it outside <bitbucket-home> directory.
    cd <bitbucket-home>
    find . -type f -iname "*bitbucket-graphs-plugin*"
or uninstall plugin from Bitbucket server's UI under Manage add-ons section.
  • run the upgrade once again. In case of failure, please paste the ERROR and/or stacktrace you are seeing in Bitbucket server logs
  • install most recent version of Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Server, suitable for Bitbucket server v5.6.2

In case we do not hear from you in the following days, we would like to wish you Happy New Year!

Kind regards,
Rafael

Hi,

Have you tried disabling this add-on and trying to perform the upgrade again?

It is possible that the add-on in question may no longer be supported on the version of Bitbucket you are trying to upgrade to.

You can follow these instructions to disable the add-on and test:
