BigPicture quickfilter and "folded up" projects incorrect behaviour

Antoine van de Cruyssen July 9, 2021

Dear all,

Yesterday bigpicture got a cloud update and since than my quick filter in bigpicture is not working anymore.

Normally my quickfilter "unresolved" is on, so I only see open tasks/stories/epics. This still works but when op "unfold" another epic with tasks under it. I again see all "resolved" tasks while my quickfilter "unresolved" is still on. This is quite an annoying bug, it was working just fine before the update but now I can not scroll through my planning anymore.

Hope you can fix this pretty soon. Due to privacy I can not directly share an image of my planning. Though I can mail it to you.

Thanks and regards,

Antoine

Hi @Antoine van de Cruyssen welcome to the Atlassian community.

I'm looping the right point of contact for your query. Hi @Anna-BigPicture could you please guide Antoine with the query or a path.

Stay safe and stay healthy.

I'm talking about this filter:

And this filter is not applicable anymore for items which are still "folded up"

As you can see, I opened up Epic KG3-207 but the resolved tickets in there are still visible though the filter is active.

Thanks,

Antoine

Any update on this? This issue also persists in the "link to epic" field, here you can see all epics ever created, we only want to see the unresolved epics there.
