BigGantt Synchronisation fails for assignee and Original Estimate

Hi, I'd like to know how to solve the next issue ussing BigGantt:

I modified "Assignee" and "Original Estimate" (also "Remaining Estimate"), but it's not reflected in BigGantt... 

Please find bellow attached image showing the issue.

Please use the re-sync option to trigger data synchronization. See my image below.

However, if the issue persists please raise such problems as a ticket via our Service Desk. This will allow our product specialists and developers to investigate your instance and plugins.
