Big Picture Integration to Tableau

Hi All, we are trying to automatically pull specifically Resource Capability data directly from Big Picture and feed it into Tableau. We are trialling both Tableau and Tableau Pro plugins, but can't seem to find a way to do it!? We have managed to pull the data manually via an Excel .csv file, but this is cumbersome and not ideal for the general user!
