Prior to the Big Picture 8 update, our Big Picture would initially at startup show all subtasks hidden and only showing the parent tasks. When needed, the subtasks where easily viewed by clicking on the arrow next to the parent task key - since the key is set as the tree root in my view. Changing the key root did not seem to solve the issue.
After the Big Picture 8 upgrade, at startup or anytime you refresh, the big picture (scope view) expands all tasks, including subtasks. This results in my team having to start by collapsing all the data (click data -> collapse all) and since we have several projects within the Big Picture, they then need to expand their project in order to see a list of the parent tasks only. Is there a way to set the view preferences so that it doesn't expand all at start up?
Hello @Bjorg Olafs
By default, BigPicture 8 displays recently set up Scope View and automatically collapse all subtasks. Would you please be able to confirm if you still face problems with your plugin? If yes, we would like to investigate your case individually.
Please provide more details (like base URL, XHR) via our Service Desk. This will allow our product specialists and developers to investigate your instance more precisely.
Best,
Anna
