Can you point us to the optimal resources to launch, integrate and orchestrate the following?
- Develop a comprehensive corporate roadmap for each deliverable due/quarter
- Allocate and manage cash flow to ensure adequate budget for product delivery
- Enterprise timekeeping accounting system
- Unblock dependencies due to resource availability issues, work priority and incomplete requirements
- Provide change management including scope, schedule, budget and quality issues
- Orchestrate product/JIRA Card delivery via Kanban Board
- Accelerate product throughput
I'm looking for a process to allow us to trace a thread between our roadmap requirement to our charter, timekeeping system, weekly reporting process, various dependency boards, each local board and, ultimately, to each JIRA Card and be able to backtrack along this thread.
