Backup of attachments

HI,

We are currently using Jira on our hosted environment. and we want to move your cloud. We wanted help in under standing on how we even backup attachments along with all the projects and issues data and restore in new instance.

Hi there,

You'll want to make sure that Jira Server is on the latest version, then you can move to Cloud using our article:

This will include all projects, issues, data, and attachments.

HI Shannon,

Thanks for the inputs. I had to upgrade to latest version. It helped me to upgrade to 7.5.2. But now i am stuck after upgradation. when i try access my Jira instance using old URL i am getting attached error message. my initial URL was http://vmrbugstrack.cloudapp.net/atlassian-jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa.

Tried troubleshooting but was not successful. Any further suggestions.
