I have a rule that says, if an issue is in the dev, then move the issue to the dev team and if in review, the move it to the review team. What would happen if you are a member of the reviewers only.
Are you talking about assigning the issue to a particular person (or setting the value of a custom Group field to a group value) when the issue moves into a certain status?
If so, yes, you can do that with an automation rule.
