Automation: notify analysist when SLA is almost violated

Automation: notify analyst when SLA is nearly violated Is there any way to create an automation only? And instead of adding a user, put "user responsible for the ticket" ?

Hi @Larissa Akemi

You mean something like the following image? You can send an email to any user you want, either by using smartvalues, or a specific email address. If the "user responsible for the ticket" is the assignee, then you can choose from the dropdown menu the "Assignee" selection.
