I have the following Additional fileds set up. It was initially working fine but it suddenly stoped working. The interesting thin is that while it was working fine, when I executed the rule (it is a manual triggered rule for now) the list of executions went blank an stopped updating, so I had to refresh to see my last rule has been successfully execute. Now it shows successful executions but nothing happens to the labels of the ticket.
Is this a JIRA Cloud bug?
Hi @Mahan Lamei -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
As described in the documentation, I believe you need to split up the add and remove sections: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/advanced-field-editing-using-json/#Adding-labels
For example:
{
"update": {
"labels": [
{
"add": "Released-{{now.format("EEE-MMM-dd")}}"
},
{
"remove": "DeployedToStaging"
}
]
}
}
Kind regards,|
Bill
