Automated Alerts on Kanban Board Weekly basis

Is there any software or Plugin integrate with JIRA (Kanban Board) to get automated alerts on weekly basis, which also includes resource performance chart, ticketing / issue details, resolution time and everything. 

Ps: This actually needs so that the alerts can be send to Managers on weekly basis.

You can't send charts, but you can list critical issues.
