Is it possible in Jira to put an authorization by ticket type?
Ex:
Ticket X access only by group A, B.
Ticket Y only by group A, ...

Yes @RIFFAULT Yann, It is possible in Jira to restrict issue by its type. You can configure Issue Security Scheme to the particular Jira project and the "Security" field to be added to the respective screens.
You can either update the field automatically via post function to the respective issue security level (or) the Security field can be updated manually.
