When one of my team members logs in, Jira requires mail authentication with this message.

He logged in several times and sent his mailbox an authentication email, but there is no mail.
This problem has been happening for about a month.
I hope Atlassian can solve this problem soon.
I dont understand your requirement.
Please check if SMTP settings are configured correctly in your JIRA system.
Make sure your JIRA server is allowed to send emails as per your Infrastructure policies (if needed check with your infra admins).
Check if Mail Queue has any issues in Jira under Administration -> System - Mail Queue
