Dear Atlassian support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to bring to your attention an issue encountered by one of my colleagues regarding email invitations and verifications from Atlassian. Despite diligent efforts, my colleague has been unable to receive any correspondence from Atlassian, including email invitations, verification messages, or password reset emails.

Our IT security department has conducted a thorough message trace within our office environment, and it has been confirmed that no emails from Atlassian have been received by my colleague's corporate email account.

Given the importance of this matter for our workflow and collaboration efforts, I kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue promptly. The email address that requires checking is:

It is possible that the problematic email address has been added to the suppression list due to bounce errors and may require to be removed from the suppression list.
