As a site administrator, I am unable to log in

How do I solve the problem below? I am the manager.

The peculiar thing is that I am in such a state after continuously failing to log in.

 

The error message is below

"julie77@bitnine.net doesn't have access to Jira on www.atlassian.net."

 

Please reply to my mail julie77@bitnine.net how to solve it.

Julie, Welcome to the community.

Usually, when I see this it is because the user has the wrong account (email address).  If you can confirm that you are using the correct email address I would suggest submitting a support issue with Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/  They will be able to confirm the account and help you resolve this issue.
